Recruiting policy and selection of candidates
Our idea is to find the best qualities in all candidates, identify their true potentials and find jobs that fit their individual sensibilities. Nelt's general hiring principle and selection policy offers equal opportunities to all candidates.
Recruiting procedure is defined so that all candidates, who meet the criteria for an open position, are invited into the next selection round – testing. The test is of a logical-mathematic nature. Candidates which pass the test are then forwarded to interviews and additional knowledge verification. The number of interviews and types of tests depend on the open position for which the candidate has applied. Interviews are conducted by the human resources department in cooperation with managers of departments where the open position was published.
Each step in the selection process is eliminatory. Candidates that meet all selection criteria will be offered a job or remain in the database so they could be contacted once the same or similar position becomes available.
All candidates at the end of selection process receive information on the outcome of selection.
